Nepal is a mountainous and a land locked country situated between two giant neighbors, China to the North and India to the South, East and West. Nepal boasts of having the highest peak of the world, Mount Everest and visitors from all over the world visit the country to climb the Mount Everest and to see the beautiful panorama, snow-capped mountains and the gorgeous historic monuments.

Moreover, it should also be noted that Nepal is the 2nd richest country in the world in water resources with a substantial number of rivers & streams flowing towards the South from the high Himalayas. And the Tilicho Lake situated at the highest land of the world is also in Nepal. So the people who visits Nepal, definitely gets optimal gratification from its natural gorgeous scenery.

Trusted Process, Transparent Hiring

Recruitment Procedures

Our company provides transparent and efficient overseas employment services in line with the country’s Labour Act. By ensuring attested original documents are submitted before interview processing, we eliminate the need for local agents. Daily, hundreds of youths visit us, while others apply via email with their CVs and work experience, which we store in our databank. We select manpower through tests and interviews, and for specialized roles, we rely on our official district networks. Interview preparations are handled entirely in-house, with shortlisted candidates invited to our fully equipped, air-conditioned facility that includes modern tools like computers, telephones, and internet access. We conduct a three-stage interview process to ensure the right candidates are chosen.

Procedure for Supplying Manpower to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, & UAE

After having the demand letter from the employer company, we undergo the following tasks:
Step : 1

We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through interview.

Step : 2

Selected candidates are sent for medical checkup.

Step : 3

After getting the Medical Fitness Certificate, relevant documents of the selected candidates are dispatched to the employer Company.

Step : 4

After receiving the visa copy & employment contract, we perform all the necessary activities such as acquiring permission from the Labour Department, and Orientation & Insurance immediately

Note: After receiving the demand letter, we dispatch the document within 7 days. After receiving the visa copy, we arrange the flight within 7 to 14 days.

Procedure of supplying manpower for Saudi Arabia

After having the Affected the demand letter as well as Consulate Authorization Letter (WAKALA) from the employer company, we perform the following tasks.

Step : 1

We assemble related candidates and sort out the excellent one through interview.

Step : 2

Selected candidates are sent to GAMCA for medical checkup.

Step : 3

After getting the Medical Fitness Certificate, the passport of the candidate is dispatched to Saudi Arabia Embassy Nepal.

Step : 4
After getting the visa stamp and the employment contact, we perform all the necessary producers such as acquiring permission from the labour Department and Orientation & Insurance, etc.
Step : 5
After getting the permission from the labour Department we make the air tickets and send the candidates immediately.

Note: After getting the affected demand letter and Consulate Authorization letter (WAKALA) we select the candidate and dispatch the passport for visa stamping. After getting the visa stamping, we arrange the flight within 7 days to 14 days.
